Mary joined the business in April 2015. She has previously worked in project management and service start – up roles and brings these skills to Brighter.
Her role is to build on the solid foundation of excellent customer relations and service and create a strategy for the business which is evolving and sensitive to the needs of clients within the current financial market place.
Mary is involved in all areas of process, technological and service development and maintains responsibility for business compliance. She also ensure that Brighter continues to have client appeal through the development of a tailored marketing brand. “I have come from the health sector to join financial services.
I would describe myself as a novice in the world of finance, albeit that I have worked on large projects within the banking sector, as part of my occupational health management practice.”
The health sector has similar levels of information for service users but what is different is that it is not faceless information. My role is to remove barriers and ensure that our person-centred marketing strategy is exercised in all we deliver to clients, both in terms of how we market our services to clients and how we manage their needs in the client-business relationship”
